Course on Wi-Fi with FOSS

Report on the training conducted during June 25 to 30, 2007
The 3rd batch of the WiFi with
FOSS course was held during June 25 to 30, 2007. The participants
include students from BITS Pilani (Goa Campus), Sri Venkateswara
College of Engineering, SASTRA University, SRM University,
Annamalai University, MNM Jain Engg. College and Anand Institute
of Higher Technology. There were also industry participants
from National Informatics Centre Chennai, Raintek Systems
(India) Pvt Ltd., Coimbatore.
Dr. S. Srikanth, Mr. K. Bhaskar, Mr. Md.
Imran and Mr. Sathish were the resource persons from AU-KBC
Research Centre. The lectures and lab sessions were highly
interactive with usual spirited participation from the audience.
The participants were presented with certificates, also all
presentations slides, reference materials and tools were distributed
through CDs at the end of the course.
